From start to finish it was a great experience. Matt was terrific, he took time and care. Nothing was too much trouble. This was a big factor in my decision to buy a BMW compared with other comparable brands.

The staff are helpful and friendly, but their phone system is as overly complicated and unreliable as an it's software.

Chris is one of those rare people who emanate warmth and consideration of older people who need a little more patience. My wife has impaired vision and Alzheimer's. Chris managed to include her in the conversation - a rare feat! Thank you!
