Jim at Vertu Bridgwater kept us updated regularly regarding the transmission issue with our new car which was excellent and made up for the very poor experience we had with BMW Assist.

1. Told me that to pick up the car was 60GBP and then when I got there they said no we collect for free 2. 10am appointment - waited 2.5 hours. Service Reception told me the car was being serviced but could see in App not started until 12:00

Car broke down after routine service due to oil filter being left off. Tyres don't get changed , had to chase this up. Enterprise hire car still hasn't been paid for despite numerous follow up calls from myself and Enterprise

The timing chains were changed on my x3, as the vehicle had reached 100000 miles. On collecting my car. I noted that the headlights had been damaged. A further visit was required. Bridgewater BMW replaced the lights at no cost to me.

i am fortunate to own a comparatively rare BMW E61 M5 tourer, which I like to have dealer serviced. The S85 takes 9 litres of 10w60 engine oil. For the last 3 services, the service has been delayed due to no oil being pre ordered for the task.

The dash cams (F & R) were fitted very neatly and the service engineer stayed late in order to walk me through the operation of the camera and the App. ( WiFi download was very slow)
