A minor glitch but the administrator tried to bill me for diagnostic maintenance that was covered under the warranty. I pointed this out but the administrator's view was that it was chargeable. Other staff stepped in immediately and resolved.

I was kept waiting 2 1/2 hours only to be told my 4 wheel alignment could not be done as you were unable to free the track rod ends. One of the lock nuts was left undone. I was charged £150, the most expensive car wash to date.
