i am fortunate to own a comparatively rare BMW E61 M5 tourer, which I like to have dealer serviced. The S85 takes 9 litres of 10w60 engine oil. For the last 3 services, the service has been delayed due to no oil being pre ordered for the task.

Walking into the reception there was a man washing the cars we had a good chat. He was polite and knowledgeable about the range of the BMW cars Reception was welcoming, they confirmed what work was going to be completed on the car. Very professional.

The dash cams (F & R) were fitted very neatly and the service engineer stayed late in order to walk me through the operation of the camera and the App. ( WiFi download was very slow)

There needs to be consistency with the mechanics where they are measuring the wear on the brakes as it seems to be either 15%, 20%, as new or 30% worn. I have kept all the recordings from each service for evidence. Also I was invoiced £125 not £30
