Minor hiccup with registration at DVLA interface caused delay at the last minute. Recommend that all interaction with DVLA is completed 48 hours in advance of collection time to allow for resolution of such issues, Otherwise 5 star!

Maintenance and MOT completed to a good standard. Excellent customer handling at Service Check In desk - defo 10/10. Service centre driver took me home/recollected me - great. Only criticism - do phone back when you say you will to give finish time.

We took the car for two warranty issues. We were then sent a Health Check video stating that the pads, which were replaced prior to us purchasing the car, were in urgent need to replacement, allegedly measured at 2mm. No replacement is required

As above ..... I got told when i went back at 5pm (the driver collected me - he was lovely!) that they didnt get sorted till 11am, a receptionist was leaving and she left at midday, I didnt need to know any of this. I was not happy with this visit.

I have never experienced such kindness and care. I had to leave my car at the garage and was even driven home meaning I didn't have to call for a taxi. The service assistant was exceptional, and the gentleman who drove me home was very kind.
