From start to finish it was a great experience. Matt was terrific, he took time and care. Nothing was too much trouble. This was a big factor in my decision to buy a BMW compared with other comparable brands.

Great service from Amy and James. The only annoyance was that techs did not seem to be talking to each other, meaning that something which could have been diagnosed on the first day took an additional day to be diagnosed and get the part ordered.

It was arranged for me to have a loan car for the day! No problem, however during the service a large cut was found in my tyre. No tyre being available meant me having the use of the loan car extended, this was quickly and professionally organised.

Because I visited Vertu a couple of years ago whereupon the service and smiles were distinctly lacking. In fact when I dropped my car off for a service, the girl I approached at a desk was so unbelievably rude I contacted the management afterwards.

You seem to have missed something. Second issue on your notes, about DRivers Seat attachment. You were going to give me a cost for repairing the damage but this was not enclosed.

Since purchasing my BMW the support has been poor, I still do not have the correct kit fitted, and when I asked I was advised that the salesman had left and I wasn't expecting any further kit. I did not follow this up.

The only issue I have is with having to go through your call centre rather than directly to your dealership. I have a long relationship with BMW in Bridgwater going back as far as 1984 when I purchased a 323i from L J Irvine Direct line please
