What a different experience - the team are just so helpful there. Ive been to many BMWs in my 20+ years of owning many BMWs and these are the very best group of people that I have dealt with. Fast, professional, friendly. A credit to the BMW name.

Extended warrantee work completed after a long wait and then fault re appeared two days later also not informed of £100 xs on extended warrantee by dealer or BMW at the time of taking out extended warrantee.

Vehicle on recall but still the same high standard. Took a little longer than I thought but once explained by your operative all was ok. If I was pre warned I could have adjusted my schedule to accommodate this small delay.
