Extremely concise, courteous and pleasant customer care from Chloe and team. Was kept up to date throughout the process, and was able to rebook the vehicle in within a few days after visual inspection identified a couple of issues with the vehicle.

Clear and comprehensive explanation and work completed within the allotted time-frame. Our only adverse comment would be that Vertu now has a policy to charge for the collection and return of vehicles.

I was looked after well by the staff at "Vertu" from the moment I walked through the door. They didn't mind if I asked silly questions (which I normally do) and didn't make me feel embarrassed (even when the answers were obvious!).

I was left with a removal charge to remove my car from bmw after damage they caused. The agreement was they pick up and return vehicle it drove to the garage but cost me over £200 to have it removed as left their in worse state than it arrived.
