Extremely concise, courteous and pleasant customer care from Chloe and team. Was kept up to date throughout the process, and was able to rebook the vehicle in within a few days after visual inspection identified a couple of issues with the vehicle.

From first walking into the Vertu dealership there was a lovely, friendly and happy atmosphere I wouldn't normally associate with dealerships. I was very well looked after by Julie-Anne Swinton who kept me informed and went the extra mile.
